Subscription details

I wish to apply for a Stocks and Shares Junior ISA for tax year 2024/25 and each subsequent year until further notice.

The subscription allowance for the 2024/25 tax year is £9,000.

I declare that:

the applicant is over 16 and is the child, or has parental responsibility for the child, who will hold the JISA
the application is to open a stocks and shares JISA
the personal details are true
the child who will hold the JISA does not hold a Child Trust Fund
the child who will hold the JISA is either
resident in the UK
a UK Crown servant
married to or in a civil partnership with a UK Crown servant
a dependent of a UK Crown servant
the applicant is the person who will be the first registered contact for the account
if the application is for a stocks and shares JISA that
the applicant has not subscribed to another stocks and shares JISA for the child
is not aware of any other stocks and shares JISA held by the child
as far as the applicant is aware, subscriptions made to any other JISA for the child in the year have not exceeded the annual subscription limit
the applicant will not knowingly make subscriptions that will result in the annual subscription limit being breached

I authorise Jarvis Investment Management Ltd:

to hold the child's subscriptions, JISA investments, interest, dividends and any other rights or proceeds in respect of those investments and cash
to make on the child's behalf any claims to relief from tax in respect of JISA investments

I confirm that the information is true and complete. I have read, understood and acknowledge the risk warning issued by the Account Manager. I agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions. For the purpose of our Terms and Conditions JISAs are classed as ISAs.

By submitting your application you agree that we may undertake a search with Experian for the purposes of verifying your identity. To do so Experian may check the details you supply against any particulars on any database (public or otherwise) to which they have access. They may also use your details in the future to assist other companies for verification purposes. A record of the search will be retained.
