Jarvis Investment Management has been appointed as an ‘intermediary’ for the forthcoming Chelverton Small Companies Dividend Trust plc (”the Company”): C Share Issue.

• Chelverton is boutique fund manager, founded in 1998, with quoted assets under management of £740m. The fund management team are small and mid-cap specialists. Chelverton Small Companies Dividend Trust was launched in 1999 (the “Trust”, “SDV” or the “Company”).
• In light of the Trust’s strong and sustained track record as well as the availability of attractive investments, the Board believes that it is an appropriate point to seek to increase the size of the Company and raise additional capital. The existing investment objective and policy will remain unchanged.

The Offer period has is now open and applications must be received by 5pm on Wednesday 20th December 2017.

The price of the ’C’ shares has been set at £1.00 (100p)

The announcement of the results of the issue is expected on Friday 22nd December with admission of the new shares to the London Stock Exchange commencing at 8am on Monday 8th January.

The ‘C’ shares in Chelverton Small Companies Dividend Trust can be held in your nominee account as well as your ISA and SIPP though please note that we will only be able to accept one application per Retail Investor. If you wish to make an application for your SIPP, ISA and/or nominee accounts then the application amounts will be aggregated as one order.

The deadline to apply through Jarvis is 5pm on Wednesday 20th December so applications and cleared funds must be received by then.
