Jarvis Investment Management has been appointed as an ‘intermediary’ for the forthcoming M7 Multi-Let REIT plc Initial Public Offering.
M7 Multi-Let REIT plc will be a new UK premium listed REIT and is seeking to raise £300m.
- The IPO proceeds of £300m will be used to acquire a seed portfolio comprising 93 assets.
- The REIT will target a total shareholder return of c.10% and quarterly dividend yield of c.6.5% per annum.
The Company aims to acquire and hold a portfolio of UK regional light industrial and regional office assets diversified by geography, asset type and tenants that is expected to generate stable income returns and, where appropriate, offer the potential to leverage and enhance returns through active asset management initiatives.
The Offer period has now been extended and applications must be received by 5pm on Thursday 23rd November 2017.
