Jarvis Investment Management has been appointed as an ‘intermediary’ for the forthcoming Tri-Pillar Infrastructure Fund Ltd (”the Company”) Share Offer.

• The Company at launch will differ from other listed infrastructure funds. An investment in the Company is intended to enable investors to access a broad range of infrastructure assets located predominantly in continental Europe and North America.
• The Company's investment objective is to provide its shareholders with an attractive level of income, together with the potential for capital growth from investing in a diversified portfolio of infrastructure assets to deliver, on a fully invested basis, a targeted dividend yield of 4.5 per cent. per annum by reference to the issue price of the Shares of 100 pence, a degree of inflation protection and an internal rate of return of between 8 and 10 per cent. in the long term

How to apply

The price of the new shares has been set at £1.00 (100p)

The announcement of the results of the issue is expected on Wednesday 6th December with admission of the new shares to the London Stock Exchange commencing at 8am on Friday 8th December.

The shares in Tri-Pillar Infrastructure Fund Ltd can be held in your nominee account as well as your ISA and SIPP though please note that we will only be able to accept one application per Retail Investor. If you wish to make an application for your SIPP, ISA and/or nominee accounts then the application amounts will be aggregated as one order.

The deadline to apply through Jarvis is 5pm on Monday 4th December so applications and cleared funds must be received by then.
